Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage is a targeted, results-driven, hands-on treatment designed to alleviate specific musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and functional limitations. Unlike relaxation massage, it uses deeper pressure and varied techniques—such as deep tissue, neuromuscular, or trigger point therapy—to improve mobility, reduce stress, and rehabilitate tissue. Prenatal, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and medical massage are included.
60 Minute Massage
A focused, full-body session designed to relieve tension, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed.
75 Minute Massage
A little extra time to address problem areas while still enjoying a relaxing, well-rounded massage.
90 Minute Massage
An extended session allowing for more detailed therapeutic work, deeper relaxation, and full-body care.
120 Minute Massage
The ultimate reset, offering plenty of time for comprehensive bodywork, focused attention, and complete relaxation.
Prenatal Massage
Therapeutic massage to fit the needs of you and baby. Lay face down in an ultra plush maternity bolster that comfortably cradles your growing bump. 60 and 90 minute sessions available.
Cupping (add on)
Cupping therapy, a traditional practice using suction cups on the skin, offers potential benefits like
pain relief, reduced muscle tension, improved blood circulation, and enhanced, faster healing. It is used to treat chronic pain, inflammation, and improve range of motion, often acting as a form of deep-tissue therapy
Red Light Therapy
Medical Grade full-body Red Light Therapy treatment that sits over the massage table. 10 minutes is a fantastic choice for a focused treatment, while 20 minutes provides maximum benefits with time to treat both the front and back of the body. This is a safe and effective therapy that can be used daily. This device has an adjustable output of 480 -1060NM to suit what works best for you.

Hi, I’m Shae!
I am licensed in multiple states and offer a wide range of modalities, including swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, lymphatic drainage techniques, cupping, and guided/assisted stretching. My goal is always to create a safe, relaxing, and effective experience tailored to each person’s needs.
Outside the studio, I’m a mom of two who finds endless inspiration in the outdoors. Whether we’re exploring the dunes, camping, spending a day at the beach, enjoying a rodeo, or playing on the water, nature is where I recharge—and that sense of calm and connection flows directly into my work
